The Job
Reporting to Director of Operation, you will be in charge of:
- Data analysis and report, VBA coding.
- Managing processes, flowcharts, and SLA set-up.
- Participating in the development, implementation, and integration of control processes and procedures.
- Project management, working closely with the different business units.
- Market research and data enhancement.

Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Facing Data Management.
- Experience in improving quality data in CRM systems.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, solid organizational skills, ability to work under pressure.
